When your celebration arrives, your coordinator will be there from start to finish—managing the flow, cueing each moment, and quietly handling anything that arises behind the scenes.

I’ll join you partway through your planning journey—refining timelines, confirming vendors, and making sure all the moving pieces come together with ease. From coordinating the final details to crafting a smooth, stress-free schedule, I handle the behind-the-scenes work so you can stay focused on the excitement ahead.

Full Planning Package

For the couple who wants every detail handled with care from start to finish, the Full Planning Package offers complete guidance through the entire planning journey.
From the very first consultation, I’ll help you define your vision, build a trusted vendor team, and design every element with purpose and style. Together, we’ll craft a celebration that feels deeply personal—reflecting your story in every detail, from the invitations to the final farewell.
Throughout the months leading up to your event, I’ll manage communication, budgets, and timelines with professionalism and heart. On the day itself, my team will ensure every plan is executed flawlessly so you can be fully present, soaking in the joy of a day that’s been thoughtfully curated just for you.

Out-of-State Add-On
For celebrations that take you beyond Oklahoma, the Out-of-State Add-On extends the same thoughtful planning and calm direction—wherever your story leads. Whether it’s a mountain ceremony, a seaside gathering, or a destination weekend, I’ll handle the logistics with care so your event feels seamless from start to finish.
This addition can be applied to any of the packages and is customized based on your location, travel needs, and event timeline.
